Pricing

One price per person. Numbers cost what the carrier charges.

Pricing

One plan. Per person, not per line. These are our figures only — the phone numbers, the calls and texts, and the texting registration are billed to you by Telnyx, in your name, at their price. see the full breakdown below.

4 people
$38.80/month everything, for your whole team
$9.70 per person
$80.00 RingCentral Core

Add one more person and the per-person price drops to $9.35

$7.95 per person, per month, plus $7 a month for the account. $49 once to set up. If we host it, that’s $10 a month more and $79 to set up. The web client is $4.95 per person. Telnyx bills you separately for the numbers and the calls, in your name, at their price.

  • No software charge however many numbers a person has (the carrier still bills ~$2/mo each)
  • iPhone app, push delivery, updates & support included
  • Admin console with one-click number provisioning
  • Your price is locked the day you subscribe — for life
  • Cancel anytime, pro-rated — no contract, no termination fee, no cancellation charge

We can't promise that our prices won't go up… but we guarantee our prices will never go up for you. The rates on this page the day you subscribe are the rates you keep for as long as you stay — including for users you add later.

On top of that you pay Telnyx directly — usually about $2–3/month per number including light use, of which $0.40 is the caller-name lookup that puts a name against people who call you — and roughly $5/month for the server, or nothing if you already have one. If you want texting, add the carriers' registration: $4.50 + $15 once, then $1.50/month, again billed by Telnyx at cost. Every one of those bills is yours, and we never touch any of them. Full breakdown above.

Worth being clear: this is software you run, not a phone service we sell you. The carrier account is in your name, the numbers are registered to you, and your calls and texts travel between your server and your carrier without passing through us. “Per user” means each person on your team, inside your own copy — not seats on a shared service.

What you'd actually pay — all of it

Two separate bills. Ours is per person. Everything else is billed by Telnyx, in your name, at their price — we never add a margin to any of it.

One person, one number, with textingWho bills youRoughly
Our softwareus$14.95/mo
A server to run it onyour host~$5/mo, or $0 if you have one
The phone numberTelnyx~$2/mo, plus ~$1 once to activate it
Turning texting on for that numberTelnyx~$0.10/mo
Showing you who’s calling (caller-name lookup, on by default)Telnyx$0.40/mo
Calls and texts you actually sendTelnyxwell under a cent each
Texting registration — one-offTelnyx$4.50 for your company, then $15 per campaign
Texting registration — monthlyTelnyx$1.50 once it's approved (first three months up front)

Two things we'd rather you heard from us. Telnyx runs on a prepaid balance, so you'll be asked to put money on the account before you can buy anything — ours was $50, and it draws down against the charges above rather than being a fee. And the $15 is charged per campaign you create, approved or not: if yours comes back rejected, resubmitting costs another $15. That's the real reason this app labours over getting the registration right the first time.

Those registration figures are Telnyx's published rates for the tier this system registers under, and match a real invoice. They're set by the messaging industry's registry rather than by Telnyx or by us, and Telnyx states plainly that it adds no markup — the fees are passed through at cost. Worth re-checking them when you sign up, since the registry moves them.

The part nobody tells you: that texting registration applies to everyone. It's a US carrier rule, not a feature of any product. RingCentral, OpenPhone and the rest all put you through the same paperwork, for the same money — we checked, and RingCentral passes these fees through at cost just as Telnyx does, with no markup. So this isn't a point in our favour and we're not going to dress it up as one. It's simply the price of sending business texts in America: about $19.50 once and $1.50 a month, wherever you buy your phone system. The one thing we'd say for our side of it is that the app walks you through the registration and checks it before you submit, because getting it wrong costs another $15 a go.

Two ways to pay less: adding more numbers costs only the ~$2 each, because our price is per person and the registration covers all of your numbers at once. And if you only need to call, skip the registration entirely — it exists solely for texting, and a voice-only line needs none of it.

The billing terms, in full

Short enough to print here, which is the point.

  • Monthly billing only. No annual contract, no minimum term, no discount dangled for locking yourself in for a year.
  • No early termination fee. No cancellation charge. Not reduced — absent.
  • Cancel by email. That is the entire process. No phone call, no retention team, no "are you sure" three times.
  • Pro-rated refund. Cancel mid-month and we refund the rest of that month.
  • The $49 setup fee covers work done once, so it isn't refundable after we've done it. If we haven't started, you get it back.
  • Your Telnyx bill is separate and stays with you — cancelling us doesn't cancel your numbers, which is rather the point of them being in your name.

All of it is in the Terms, in the same words.
